I am the founder and managing partner of Pitisci and Associates and a third-generation Tampa native. After graduating from the University of Florida, I began my IT staffing career at a national consulting firm, where I later served as Vice President of IT Recruiting for a local executive search firm. I also co-founded a finance, accounting, and technology staffing company, where I led the IT division through significant growth.
In 2014, I launched Pitisci and Associates to establish a firm rooted in trust, integrity, and long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

I have built strong business networks across the Tampa Bay area over the past 30 years. My career began in sales with a Fortune 500 company, where I advanced into management and led a sales office generating over $3 million in recurring revenue.
In 2015, I transitioned into IT staffing, combining business development expertise with knowledge of the local market.
Since joining Pitisci and Associates, I have focused on expanding strategic accounts and delivering tailored client solutions. As a Florida native based in St. Petersburg, I take pride in providing service grounded in integrity and trust.
